Campaign management

A clear plan for your next Saudi influencer campaign.

Osiria Team manages influencer marketing campaigns in Saudi Arabia for established local brands and international brand teams. From a product launch to a store opening, we connect audience planning, creator selection, creative production and reporting across TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat. Start with your objective, target markets and launch date.

Discuss your campaign

One agreed scope

Creators, content formats, publishing dates and responsibilities defined before production.

A clear approval process

Agree on the creative brief, brand requirements, review stages and usage rights.

Reporting with context

Match the measures to your objective, with reporting periods and metric definitions agreed upfront.

What is included in campaign management?

We manage the work between the first brief and the final report. That includes audience and platform planning, creator sourcing and negotiation, production supervision and publishing coordination. Paid amplification can be planned alongside creator posts.

Before production, agree on the deliverables, approval process, usage rights and measures of success. This gives your team and the creators a shared brief.

  • Strategy and campaign KPIs.
  • Creator shortlist and negotiation.
  • Creative briefs, content review and posting coordination.
  • Performance reporting against the agreed objective.

Which campaign goals can we support?

Our portfolio includes brand awareness, product launches, app launches and store openings. The Chuck E. Cheese case focuses on an Al-Taif branch opening; Urban Company focuses on an app launch in Riyadh; Kinza focuses on a Saudi Pride creative brief.

A campaign designed for reach needs different reporting from one designed for website visits or sales. If conversions matter, agree on the tracking approach before the content goes live.

How long does a campaign take?

Our typical window is two to four weeks from kickoff to publishing. The final schedule depends on the number of creators, production needs, availability and the time your team needs to approve content. Share any fixed launch date in the first brief.

How do we choose between TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat?

Start with the audience, the creative format and the action you want people to take. We assess creator fit on each platform instead of assuming the same creator or video will work everywhere.

  • TikTok: plan the creative hook, demonstration or story and the creator's publishing deliverables.
  • Instagram: specify the required Reels, Stories or other placements and any brand-channel reuse.
  • Snapchat: agree on the sequence of content, publishing schedule and reporting capture.
  • Across platforms: distinguish organic creator posts from paid distribution and avoid treating overlapping audiences as unique reach.

What should brand and agency teams agree before launch?

Give the project a clear owner on each side. Confirm who approves the shortlist, concepts and final content, how feedback is collected and when decisions are due. Share any product claims, required disclosures or brand guidelines in the brief.

Content rights are part of the scope: channels, countries, duration, edits, paid advertising and any exclusivity need explicit agreement. Flag procurement documents and contracting requirements early so they can be discussed before committing to a launch date.

Planning a campaign across KSA and MENA?

Tell us which countries, audiences and languages the brief covers. We discuss creator availability, local content needs, approval responsibilities and reporting for each requested market before confirming the scope.

A Saudi launch can be the starting point for a wider regional brief. Share the full rollout plan so the proposal can distinguish Saudi deliverables from work requested in other markets.

What affects the cost?

Creator fees, the number and format of deliverables, content usage rights, production requirements and paid media all affect the budget. We prepare a proposal around the agreed scope rather than publish a price that assumes every campaign is the same.

Send your target market, audience, platforms, goal, timing and budget range so we can discuss an appropriate creator mix. Our added-value and creator-tier page explains the support available for your campaign.

How will you evaluate the campaign?

Agree on the primary outcome before selecting creators. The final report can cover reach, views, engagement, clicks and conversions according to the brief and the available tracking. Views show content consumption; they do not by themselves demonstrate sales.
